Hyperliquid plans to open 11 USDC-priced spot markets for EQX Labs tokens tracking the S&P 500, the Nasdaq 100 and shares such as Nvidia, Tesla and Apple at 9:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 26. EQX says each token is backed one-to-one by shares but is legally a limited-recourse debt instrument from a British Virgin Islands segregated portfolio company, conveys no direct stock ownership and is closed to U.S. persons.
