Binance plans phased withdrawal restart, with proof of reserves due by Nov. 2
In its second incident update on Oct. 30, Binance said it aims to begin restoring withdrawals in stages within roughly 34 hours, once security checks are complete, and will publish full proof-of-reserves results by Monday, Nov. 2.
