Coinbase converts 14 non-MiCA stablecoins for EEA retail users, including USDT

In its second incident update on Oct. 30, Binance said it aims to begin restoring withdrawals in stages within roughly 34 hours, once security checks are complete, and will publish full proof-of-reserves results by Monday, Nov. 2.
