Euronext suspended trading in the CoinShares Zcash ETP (ZCSH) in Paris on Oct. 28, citing settlement requirements that the central securities depository cannot yet fully support. Binance said the amount frozen in connection with its hot-wallet breach now stands at a verified $2.54 billion and may rise as tracing with law enforcement and stablecoin issuers continues. Co-founder Yi He said the exchange will absorb all losses, with deposits and withdrawals paused until security checks finish. Intercontinental Exchange said on Oct. 29 it will run a new market and clearing structure built on Hyperliquid for Trade[XYZ]'s perpetual futures on crypto, stocks, commodities and currencies, aimed at KYC-verified U.S. retail traders, and will take a strategic stake in Trade[XYZ].
